First of all, Art Year in Review 2020!

I'm admittedly surprised I had enough more or less full pieces to make this with considering what kind of year it's been. I don't think I need to get into the whole Apocademic things since you'd have to be living under a rock to not know about that one. The only thing I'll say about it is, man I envy you people who got to go in quarantine for a few weeks/months. I just ended up working even more because I guess pizza is an essential service.

Fitting in drawing time this year between work and decompressing from it was a little tough, especially in July when we went down to the bare minimal amount of staff needed to function. It kind of sucks being what some people consider a good worker (it really depends on who you ask, some employers have considered me absolutely horrible since I can't stay in one place long) since you often end up picking up slack without intending to. Then when the slackers suddenly have to do something, they quit. As for art though, it's definitely become a "small chunks, small chunks!" thing, especially with the animation I started way back in January and admittedly, still haven't finished. Life's exhausting!

There's been ups, such as the fact I actually achieved a life long dream of owning a Volkswagen Beetle, and downs, such as my depression still hanging around like a rancid fart. I don't expect things to just suddenly change at the snap of a finger just because it's the New Year changing over, but sometimes you need that day to hold onto as a milestone, you know?

Congratulations everyone, we survived the one of the bumpiest orbits around the sun, 2020!

I can't believe it's that time of year again already, god damn...

Anyway, wishlist time. I've got a few preferences as anyone does... I don't really have scenario ideas though. I'm happy with just about anything.

For solo characters, I've got quite a few characters I really like! Mostly Classic but I've been dipping my toes into Battle Network as well.

*Ra Moon is technically a reinterpretation of an existing character, but I've included him here because I've taken him in such a drastic direction from the source material.

That's about it!

It's not even that I haven't been drawing, I most certainly have! Anyone who follows me on Twitter or Tumblr, or has the misfortune of sharing a Discord with me would know that's certainly not the case. My issue is that it's mostly been loose sketches and small doodles and DeviantArt has a bit more of a lengthy upload process than those other platforms so I tend to just skip it for the smaller stuff.

Things are going alright. I'm still learning how to live with depression and what other issues apparently seem to be ailing me. I may not respond to all your comments but I do promise you, I read all of them! The fact anyone took the time out of their day to write me a few letters of encouragement and/or praise really means a lot to me! I'm just... really flakey and get distracted so I don't reply right away and then it's just awkward to reply days, weeks, if not months later down the road.

I guess it's that time of year again. Hopefully dA doesn't eat my comment like it did last year but either way, here goes!

My favourite version of Mega Man is Classic, though I'm also really fond of Fully Charged and Battle Network!

From Classic, my favourites are Elec Man, Quick Man, Terra, Sunstar, Mercury, Centaur Man, Fuse Man, Blast Man, Snake Man, Star Man, Plant Man, Pump Man, and Proto Man just to name a few.

I have a few ships too, those being QuickElec, TerraSunstar, PlantCentaur, and FuseBlast. For shippy stuff I'm more partial to silly fluff more than anything though.

In Fully Charged, my favourites are Elec Man, Blasto Woman, and Fire Man. I also appreciate Wave Man!

For Battle Network, PlantMan.exe, Elecman.exe, and Quickman.exe are a few I really like (I'm not very far in it)
